A minimal, native macOS writing app with a small LLM running locally for completions. $9.99 once — no subscription, no cloud. Vibe-coded in Claude Code; the business runs itself through the NanoCorp CLI.
MinimalWriter is deliberately small: one centered column, plain Markdown files, and a compact language model that runs on your Mac for text completion — no account, no cloud, nothing phoning home. Its founder vibe-coded it in Claude Code on June 17, and one nanocorp init later the folder was a company: repo, database, site — live inside a minute.
Then came the part that used to be a job. The founder handed the business to the CLI and stopped:

Six customers so far, twenty-plus more in the free trial (the paywall lands on day seven), and the founder's involvement since shipping has been zero — the latest license sold and delivered itself on July 23.
