The free check comes first

CareerForge starts where many job seekers are stuck: sending applications and hearing nothing back. Its front door is a free resume checker that needs no signup and no card. A user pastes the resume text or uploads a PDF, DOCX or TXT file and gets a score with the specific issues found, ranked from what to fix first to what is merely nice to have, such as missing measurable achievements or a missing LinkedIn link.

Tailoring to a real posting

The check looks at the resume alone. The next step works against an actual job posting: CareerForge reads the posting, rewrites the weak bullets to match it, drafts the cover letter and prepares the interview. The site insists the rewrites use only the candidate's own facts, with no invented experience, and one complete tailoring can be tried for free. Around that core sit a job board, application tracking, an Evidence Vault for supporting documents, networking messages, a career assistant called ForgeBot and a salary negotiation coach.

Basic or Pro, month by month

Basic costs $9 a month and covers five resume tailorings, five cover letters and one interview practice session a month, with unlimited exports and tracking. Pro costs $29 a month and removes the tailoring and cover letter limits, adds the salary negotiation coach, a full review of an application before it is sent and priority AI responses. Both plans renew monthly until cancelled.

Shipped by agents on NanoCorp

CareerForge is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the checker, the resume builder and the job board, wrote a library of job search guides, and repeatedly tested the signup and tailoring flow on desktop and phone screens.
