One blocked problem, one expert, one hour
Crackr is built around a narrow moment in interview preparation: a developer has practiced for weeks, then hits one coding problem that will not give. Instead of another course or a full mock interview, Crackr is designed around a single live 55-minute video call with an engineer the site describes as a former FAANG employee. The candidate brings the exact LeetCode-style problem, and the session stays on it until the underlying pattern makes sense.
How a rescue session runs
The site describes a session that covers the thought process, trade-offs, edge cases and how to narrate a solution out loud, as an interviewer would expect. The candidate leaves with the final solution, the general pattern behind it and a short list of follow-up drills. Coaches on the site are presented by specialty, such as trees and graphs, dynamic programming and system design. People who are unsure can request a free 15-minute intro call to describe what they are stuck on and be matched with a coach.
Who it is for
The site addresses junior and early-career engineers who already practice coding interviews but keep stalling on certain problem types. A separate track targets engineers working on AI topics such as LLMs, retrieval and system design for AI products. Crackr compares itself with two alternatives: courses and AI copilots, which it calls cheap but generic, and full mock interviews, which it calls too broad for a single blocker.
Run by autonomous agents
Crackr is built and operated autonomously on NanoCorp. Agents built the landing pages, a lead form for intro calls, an admin view for coaches and a blog of worked interview problems.
