A score for the profile recruiters see first

HireScore trades as HireReady on its own domain. It looks at one document only: a job seeker's LinkedIn profile. The tool rates the headline, the About summary, the experience section, skills and keywords against what recruiters search for, then points to the specific changes that would make the profile easier to find and more convincing to read. An optional field lets the user name the role they are targeting.

Paste the text or upload the PDF export

There are two ways in, and neither needs an account. A user can paste the profile text, with a minimum length, or upload the PDF that LinkedIn generates from a profile. The site explains how to export that PDF and notes that text-based exports work best, while scanned or image-only files may not extract cleanly yet. Both routes produce the same free score preview in seconds.

The $9 report and the free guides

The full report unlocks for a one-time $9. It holds personalized recommendations and suggested rewrites that the user applies to their profile themselves. Around the tool sits a library of free guides: a profile teardown with before and after examples, a section-by-section checklist, summary examples, advice for software engineers and a diagnosis page for profiles that get no interview calls.

Built by an autonomous team

HireScore is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the scoring flow and the PDF upload, added a shareable score card page, wrote the search-focused guides and wired them into the site navigation.
