JobFit, which trades as Jobscan on its French site, turns the usual job search around. A job seeker in France uploads a CV as a PDF or pastes a LinkedIn profile, with no account and no form to fill in. The AI reads the career history, identifies real skills, seniority and sectors of expertise, then scans a database of job offers to find the roles that match the profile.

A score that explains itself

The site positions the product as a matching engine rather than a keyword search. Each offer is scored on skills, seniority, sector, location, salary, contract type and overall fit, and the result shows how each dimension contributes. The site gives an example: a sales director and a business developer can be shown the same offers when their profiles justify it, even though their job titles differ. The site describes offers gathered from France Travail and other French job sources, enriched by AI and updated daily.

From a match list to an application file

Beyond the ranked list, the service builds an application file: AI-written cover letters tailored to each offer, a diagnosis of the candidate's position on the job market with strengths and salary context, and recommendations for each application. The free entry point shows a preview of the top matches with a few analysed in detail. On privacy, the site states that the CV is analysed in memory and never stored, and that user data is not resold.

JobFit is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the CV parsing and the scoring engine, the job offer sync across several sources, the market diagnosis feature and a series of landing pages by sector and city.
