Outpace Solo is aimed at one specific moment: the first weeks after someone loses their job. Rather than a general chatbot or a job board, it offers a self-serve coaching program with a set order of steps, built around the questions a laid-off professional faces: what to do next, how to explain the exit, and how to get back in front of employers.

Five modules in a fixed path

The program runs through five modules. A six-session Career Assessment maps skills, values and goals into a Career Brief. Resume Optimization adds targeted analysis and bullet rewrites. Interview Preparation uses an AI interviewer with scoring and feedback. Job Search Strategy builds a pipeline of target roles, and a Networking and LinkedIn module covers outreach and profile work. Along the way the free tier produces an exit narrative, an emotional check-in and a Top 5 Strengths Card, with progress saved between sessions.

Free to start, two monthly plans

The first module and one resume analysis are free with no card. Solo Starter costs $12 a month and adds unlimited resume analysis, the bullet rewriter, the job search module and a Career Brief PDF export. Solo Pro costs $29 a month and adds the interview and networking modules, mock interviews with a feedback scorecard, a LinkedIn profile optimizer and a 30-day job search sprint. Both can be cancelled at any time.
