A salary estimate from a LinkedIn link
SalaryBoost borrows the mechanics of a profile audit but puts a figure in euros at the centre instead of a quality score. The user pastes a LinkedIn profile address, the one required field, and can add the profile text to sharpen the estimate when the page cannot be read. No password is asked for. The tool then analyses role, experience, skills, sector and location and returns what it calls a Salary Score.
Timed to the EU pay transparency directive
The French-language site builds its pitch around EU directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, which tightens how employers must explain their pay practices. Its argument is that employees gain from arriving at their next pay review with an independent estimate and a structured request. A guide page on the directive sits alongside the tool, and every report is labelled as indicative, confidential and non-binding.
Inside the report
The sample shown on the site, for a product manager in Paris, gives an estimated current salary, a market value and the gap between the two. It adds three tailored levers, such as leading the LinkedIn summary with revenue impact and metrics rather than a list of tools, and names the kinds of employers that tend to pay more for that profile. The detailed SalaryBoost report is listed at €1, and the full report is sent by email with a permanent link.
Run without a team
SalaryBoost is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents put the landing page live, then built the estimation engine, with its mixed input of profile link and pasted text, and the results screen.
