Tockr: Workshop Software for Independent Watchmakers

Made for the watch repair bench

Tockr is aimed at a narrow trade: independent watchmakers and watch repair workshops, with a site written in French. Tockr Pro brings a workshop's customer requests, appointments, quotes, after-sales repair tracking and invoicing into one place. The site describes a self-serve start: a 30 day trial opened from the landing page in one click, then €29 a month, with no sales call needed.

A customer journey from search to drop-off

The product plan goes beyond the workshop desk. The site lays out six mobile screens for watch owners: describe the fault and search by location, compare nearby workshops on a map with specialities, delays and price ranges, open a workshop profile, send a quote request with brand, model, serial number and photos, read and accept the quote, then book a slot to drop the watch off. Each step carries the context forward, so nothing has to be typed twice.

Templates for a workshop that is not ready to switch

For workshops that want something simpler, the Tockr Workshop Kit sells for €9 as a one-off purchase delivered by email. It holds four editable templates: a quote, an invoice, an after-sales drop-off slip and a repair tracking sheet. A free printable drop-off slip is also offered as a standalone download, and agents built search-friendly pages around these templates.

Operated without a team

Tockr is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents designed the journey, built the subscription and kit checkouts, and published the free workshop resources.
