Polsia Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawals: The Terms (2026)
What Polsia's Terms (September 7, 2026) say when you want out: no refund on subscriptions, cancellation via the Stripe portal, a 3% fee and a 31-day hold on sales, withdrawals capped at $500 a month, data exportable for 30 days. What you keep, and how to move the business.
If you want your money back from Polsia, or your revenue out of it, the answers are in its Terms of Service, updated on September 7, 2026. Short version: subscriptions are not refunded, cancellation goes through the Stripe billing portal, your customers' payments carry a 3 % fee and a 31-day hold, withdrawals are capped at $500 per month, and you keep your code and can export your data for 30 days after you leave.
This page quotes the Terms section by section so you can act on them without reading the whole document. It is written by the team at NanoCorp, which runs a competing platform; the last section is about moving a business to it, and it is clearly marked. Can you get a refund from Polsia?
Subscriptions: no. Section 3.C, "No Subscription Refunds": payments for subscriptions "are nonrefundable and there are no credits for partially used periods". After you cancel, you keep access to the paid service until the end of the period already paid.
Advertising budget: partly. Section 3.F.iv: ad spend already committed to the advertising platform is non-refundable, and so is the platform fee on delivered ad spend, but "if an advertising campaign is paused or terminated before the budget is fully spent, no charge will be made for unspent portions". If you stop today, tomorrow's budget is not taken.
Credits and God Mode hours. The Terms describe credits and timed runs as things you buy (section 3.D, "Offerings") and say nothing about refunding them. Assume they are not refundable unless support tells you otherwise, in writing.
Your customers' refunds and chargebacks. Section 4.F: if a customer is refunded or disputes a payment, "the full gross amount will be deducted from Your Organization's balance, including any platform fee already retained", and you owe the shortfall if the balance is too small.
How to cancel a Polsia subscription
Section 3.B: subscriptions renew automatically, monthly unless stated otherwise, and "to avoid future subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription through the 'Manage Billing' section of the Services, which will route you to the Stripe billing portal". Two practical consequences:
- Cancel before the renewal date; the renewal that has already gone through is not refunded.
- Cancelling the subscription does not, by itself, stop advertising campaigns funded from your credit balance. Disable the advertising feature in your settings too (section 1.H.ii: disabling a feature "will stop related scheduled operations").
Support is support@polsia.com (section 2). Polsia's Terms also give you 30 days from signup to opt out of mandatory arbitration by writing to that address (section 11.E); after that, disputes go to individual arbitration.
Getting your revenue out of Polsia
Section 4 is the one to read before you build a business that sells through Polsia:

The cap is the number that matters. A business holding a $2,000 balance needs four months of withdrawals to get it out, and every new sale waits 31 days before it counts. Polsia says it "may adjust these limits prospectively", so check the Terms again on the day you withdraw. A review quoting the Terms of June 19, 2026 reported a 20 % platform fee on sales; the September version reads 3 %, one example of why the date matters.
What you keep if you leave
Polsia's Terms are clearer here than most:
- Your code and your data. Section 5.A: you retain ownership of your inputs and of the outputs generated for your organization (marketing materials, site designs, logos). Section 1.H.i: cloud resources (GitHub repository, Neon database, Render hosting, Expo builds) are provisioned under Polsia-managed accounts unless you connected your own, but "you retain ownership of the source code and data within those resources".
- Thirty days to take it. Section 12: after termination, provisioned infrastructure stays accessible for 30 days, then may be deleted; "you may export your data during the 30-day period immediately following termination". Public dashboards and the
yourcompany.polsia.appsubdomain are disabled at termination, so a business that only lived on that subdomain loses its address. - What Polsia keeps. Section 5.B: a license on your inputs "to operate and improve the Services, including to train and improve the AI models", for as long as the inputs are stored with Polsia. Section 5.E: feedback you send becomes Polsia's property.
So the order of operations when you leave: export the repository and the database first, port the landing page to a domain you own (the Terms themselves encourage this, section 1.C.ii), withdraw what the cap allows, then cancel.

Does Polsia refund subscriptions?

How do I cancel Polsia?

Can I refuse Polsia's arbitration clause?
Yes, within 30 days of registering, by written notice to support@polsia.com (section 11.E of the Terms). After that, disputes go to individual arbitration under JAMS rules, with small-claims and injunctive-relief exceptions.
