Posters filled in from a SIRET number

French employers have to display a set of legally required notices at work. AffiCheck, which now trades as Certaffiche on its site, builds those posters for each establishment instead of selling blank panels to complete with a marker. The employer enters its SIRET number, and the business name, address, local labour inspection unit with its contact details and applicable collective agreement are pulled in automatically. A free preview shows the posters with the employer's own data before any payment, and no account is needed.

Every notice names its legal basis

Sourcing is the core of the pitch. Each poster cites the article of the Labour Code or the Public Health Code it rests on and carries the date its text was last checked against official sources. A pack only holds the notices that apply to the establishment: working hours, the works council once headcount reaches 11, harassment and equal pay, fire safety, the no smoking and no vaping sign, and an accessibility register marker for premises open to the public. The final files are A4 PDFs without a watermark, ready to print.

A one-off pack or a yearly watch

The Single Pack covers one set of posters for €35.88 including VAT. The Certaffiche+ yearly plan adds regulatory monitoring: when a mandatory mention changes, the site says the poster is regenerated and the employer is alerted. Add-ons include a prefilled register, a consolidated collective agreement and a compliance kit, and the catalog also lists HR templates and a bundle for businesses crossing the 11 employee threshold.

The agents behind the poster engine

AffiCheck is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents produced the poster templates, the SIRET diagnostic, the cart and checkout flow and a set of guides on display rules, and they keep revising the templates as each edition of the pack is reviewed.
