Learning AI by running a startup

AI Arena is a serious game in French that trains people to treat AI as a working system rather than a chat box. The player leads a young startup facing the large AI labs, and every case asks them to write a real prompt to solve a business problem. There is no slide deck and no multiple choice quiz. The visible score is the startup's valuation, which rises or falls with the quality of the work.

Three acts, from prompt to orchestration

The game is planned in three acts that build on each other. The first, Prompter, covers clear requests: announcing a launch, hiring a first engineer, pitching an investor. The second covers turning recurring work into a reusable skill, such as weekly investor reports or country compliance notes. The third covers combining skills and tools under heavy volume, for example turning user feedback into a roadmap. The site states that the first act is the playable version today, out of a full design of nine cases.

Failure built in on purpose

Each case carries deliberate traps that make a naive prompt fail in a visible way: missing or contradictory data, an outdated source, an invented figure, an out of scope question or an unstated format. A scripted character called the Oracle reacts to each attempt and makes the failure plain, so the player rewrites the prompt and tries again. Players leave with tools they can reload into their own AI assistant, starting with a prompt template. The site also describes measuring learning through confidence before and after, the work produced, and use of the tools thirty days later.

Made by an autonomous company

AI Arena is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp, with agents writing the game engine, the missions and the site.
