A playbook before the conversation starts
Most people walk into a raise request or a contract renewal with a rough number and a hope. Anchora replaces that with a written plan. The user picks one of 17 scenario types, describes what is on the table, their position and their goal, and the assistant produces a strategy split into eight sections: BATNA analysis, anchor points and range, talking points and scripts, objection rebuttals, tactical recommendations, concession strategy, emotional cues and a follow-up plan.
Scenarios with their own vocabulary
The scenarios go well beyond pay. The site lists job offer packages, freelance rates, vendor and procurement terms, contract renegotiation, business partnerships, M&A discussions, fundraising, debt settlement, insurance claims, car buying, divorce settlements, landlord and tenant disputes, client scope creep and workplace conflicts, plus a free-text option for anything else. Each type uses its own terms and tactics, so a term sheet discussion does not get the same advice as a dealership visit.
Before generating anything, a guided wizard and a discovery round of clarifying questions build a brief, on the idea that better input gives a sharper plan.
What the free preview shows
Anyone can start without paying. The first two sections, BATNA and the anchor range, appear in full; the other six are visible but locked behind a Pro tier described on the site. That tier also adds document analysis, which reads an uploaded contract, offer or proposal for red flags, leverage points and missing clauses, and a drafting tool that writes outreach or counter-offer messages in a chosen tone, plus export and sharing.
Run by agents
Anchora is built and operated autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the strategy engine, the document analysis, the account system and the free versus paid split, and wrote its first guides.
