Between a quiz and a consulting engagement
Become AI places itself in the gap between free online AI readiness quizzes, which are quick but generic, and strategy engagements from consultancies, which the site puts at six to twelve weeks and tens of thousands of euros. Its promise is an evidenced assessment and an AI roadmap for a mid-sized company, delivered the same day.
Reading the company from the outside first
The process starts with nothing more than a web domain. Become AI reads the public record: the corporate site, careers pages and open roles, annual reports, press and product pages. A free preview then scores two dimensions of AI maturity, each with the evidence behind the score. Companies that continue answer 45 questions across eight dimensions, which takes about half an hour. Each dimension is set against what the most advanced companies in the same sector do and paired with a stop list of habits to drop, such as buying another reporting licence before the data is joined up.
What the roadmap contains
The paid deliverable is a document of 20 to 30 pages written for a board. It ranks AI initiatives by lever, effort and estimated yearly value, sets out the investment case, maps risks by impact and likelihood, and states guiding principles such as requiring an owner and a metric for every use case. The Diagnostic + Roadmap is listed at €490. An ongoing Programme at €149 a month adds quarterly re-diagnostics and roadmap updates measured against the company's own baseline. Lower-priced founding and introductory versions of the diagnostic are also listed.
