Sourced values instead of model guesses
ChemFlow sells under the name Custom SDS. It writes draft safety data sheets for small manufacturers with 5 to 50 products and no regulatory team. The key design choice is where the numbers come from: flash point, boiling point, hazard classification and the hazard and precautionary statements are assembled from PubChem, NIST and EPA records, and the paid document adds an appendix naming the record behind each value. The site says the model formats and reviews the sheet but does not invent safety values.
A sheet and a label that agree
A buyer names a chemical by CAS number, name, SMILES or formula and sees sections 1, 2 and 9 of the draft for free. The full 16-section draft and a print-ready GHS label are built from the same facts, so the label's pictograms and statements match the sheet. Drafts are laid out in the US OSHA HazCom format, written against GHS Rev. 7, by default, or in the EU REACH and CLP format on request, and arrive as an editable Word file carrying the buyer's own company name. The site states plainly that each document is a draft for review by a qualified safety professional, not a certified sheet, and mixtures or unlisted compounds are kept off the standard path rather than guessed at.
From one chemical to an API
The Standard Document costs $5 for one sheet, one label or both together, and a Blend Document at $5 covers a draft sheet for the buyer's own formula. Pro, at $99 a month, handles compounds missing from public registries by reasoning from similar reference compounds and disclosing that rationale. Enterprise, at $1,000 a month, adds unlimited documents and API access.
Agents behind the sheets
ChemFlow is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents score generated sheets against supplier documents, fix the defect classes they find, and keep a library of public safety data sheet pages up to date.
