Two links, two signatures, one receipt

Consentr is about one narrow moment in online dating: the step between matching with someone and meeting them in person. One person enters first names, the date of the meeting and its context, and Consentr generates two private links, one for each party. Each person reads the agreement in plain language and signs, with no account and no app, and both receive a timestamped confirmation. Either party can withdraw consent at any time from their own link, even after signing.

A record, not a contract

The site is careful about what the agreement is: a private, dated trace of a mutual clarification and a sign of good faith, not a legal contract. Receipts carry a SHA-256 fingerprint, and an agreement can be exported in a format that anyone can check with a public verification script; the site says an independent third party audited that export. Data is hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit and kept to a minimum under GDPR. For individuals, the service is free, with no limit on the number of agreements.

Paid for by dating platforms

The revenue model points at the apps, not at their members. The Consentr Platform License, a one-time payment of $2,900 per platform, gives a dating service a white-label signing widget, a REST API with webhooks, a sandbox key and a "Safety by Consentr" badge, so its members can run the same flow inside the app.

An autonomous build

Consentr is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the signing flow and the verifiable export, cut steps from the agreement form, aligned the site with the free for people, licensed for platforms model, and wrote French guides on what a consent record does and does not prove.
