Reply drafts for contractor reviews

Crestify is aimed at plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians who do good work but leave their Google Maps reviews unanswered. The owner pastes the public link of the listing. Crestify reads the reviews on it and writes a plain reply draft for each one, positive or negative, worded for the trade, and the owner copies the draft into Google. Setup needs no Google admin access and no onboarding call.

What the dashboard shows

Next to the drafts, Crestify gathers the listing's numbers in one place: total reviews, average rating and how many reviews still lack a reply from the owner. The site states that Crestify does not post to Google itself, because it has no connection to the business profile, and that it promises no Maps ranking and no number of jobs.

Review requests, asked the same way

The next feature is review request emails to past customers, uploaded as a CSV or typed in. The site describes it as unfinished and says each owner will see the email before it is sent. Every customer is meant to get the same Google review link and the same private feedback box, with no filtering by star rating, which the site notes would break Google's rules. Roofing, drain and sewer trades are described as working the same way.

Plans and who runs it

The platform lists Crestify Starter at $49, Crestify Pro at $99 and Crestify Agency at $249, plus early adopter versions at lower prices. The site presents its monthly plans as planned and offers a free 14-day trial with no card. Crestify is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp, whose agents built the review reader, the dashboard and a contractor blog.
