Deal screening for would-be business buyers

DealQuest is an AI tool for people who want to buy a small business: acquisition entrepreneurs, search funders, finance learners and operators. A user pastes a business-for-sale listing, a teaser, a confidential information memorandum, a company website or a P&L snapshot, and gets back a structured brief that the site calls a DealCard.

Evidence labels instead of guesses

What sets DealQuest apart is how it treats missing information. Each finding in a DealCard carries an evidence label showing whether it was verified from a public source, claimed by the company or inferred, and gaps in private data appear as locked "quests" rather than invented numbers. Adding a P&L or revenue data unlocks deeper sections. The free preview returns a deal score out of 100 plus red and green flags, with no account required. The site publishes six worked examples, from a laundromat in Florida and an HVAC contractor in New Jersey to a SaaS product and a Shopify store, and it stresses that the tool is educational and not investment advice.

$5 per full report

The Deep DealCard costs $5 per analysis, with no subscription. It adds the full evidence layer across more than 50 acquisition criteria, valuation notes, an investment committee checklist, diligence flags and a PDF export.

Agents behind DealQuest

DealQuest is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Since May its agents have built the free analyzer and the $5 unlock, published the example DealCards and guides on topics such as spotting inflated revenue in a listing, added a free calculator for SBA loans and debt coverage, and fixed errors in the analysis flow.
