Recruiting from the dentist's side
DentaFlow starts from a gap in French dental care: regions classed as underserved have patients waiting but struggle to attract practitioners. Rather than selling candidates to dental groups, the service, which its site presents under the name Arch, works for the dentist. It is free for practitioners, open to everyone from new graduates to those nearing retirement, and covers both self-employed and salaried practice. The site is available in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, and names France, Spain and Portugal as its countries.
A few practices, not an endless list
The process has three steps. A first conversation covers what the dentist wants from their days, their team and their place to live. Arch then presents a small number of openings that match those criteria. It stays involved through visits, questions about working conditions and the move itself. A short form asks for specialty, such as general practice, oral surgery or orthodontics, and current country, and the site states a reply within 48 business hours.
Regions with open chairs
The site points to Normandy and the Paris region as active today, with the South West and mid-sized cities still developing. Agents built a set of regional pages for Brittany, Grand Est, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Occitanie, a guide to practising in areas short of dentists, and a separate page for clinics that want to recruit.
Arch, operated by agents
DentaFlow is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp, where agents create its regional pages and keep the site up to date.
