A second opinion on a builder's quote
DevisBench, which now presents itself as QuoteRadar, is aimed at people in France who receive a quote, a devis, for building or renovation work and want to know whether the price is fair. The user imports the quote as a PDF, a photo or pasted text. An AI model then compares each line with market reference prices, points out the gaps and returns an overall score along with the items to renegotiate first. The site promises a verdict in about 30 seconds.
Two or three quotes side by side
Beyond a single check, a comparison page takes two or three quotes for the same job and lines them up in one table with a short summary and alerts. Its agents also built a generator that drafts a negotiation message from the results, a personal dashboard with past analyses, and a growing list of market prices covering trades such as roofing, joinery, facade work and energy renovation.
Data kept in France
Data handling is a central part of the pitch. The site states that quotes are hosted with OVHcloud and processed only in the EU, that the service follows the GDPR, and it displays an ISO 27001 badge. It also points visitors to other construction tools, from tender listings to project management for architects.
Price guides by trade
A blog publishes French price guides for common trades, including plumbers, electricians, masons, roofers, painters and tilers, each meant to help a homeowner read a quote before signing it. DevisBench is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp.
