Fiski: Automated VAT and Tax Filings for French Firms

From bank feed to CA3 return

Fiski is aimed at owners of French micro-businesses, freelancers and sole traders who would rather not pay an accountant for routine filings. It imports transactions from Qonto, Pennylane or a CSV file, assigns each one to the French chart of accounts, and produces the CA3 VAT return in the format the French tax authority expects, ready to file online, with PDF and XML exports. It also estimates corporate income tax and prepares the annual tax return pack, the liasse fiscale, for electronic filing.

Read-only by design

The site states that the Qonto connection runs through the bank's official API in read-only mode, so Fiski cannot initiate a transfer or change bank data, and that data is hosted in Europe under GDPR. It also sets out the current scope plainly: VAT calculation at the 20, 10 and 5.5 percent rates and generation of a CA3 ready to submit.

Plans and free tools

Fiski Starter costs €49 a month with no commitment and covers the automatic Qonto connection, AI categorisation of transactions, one-click VAT returns and the annual tax pack. A free account lets people test the demo. Without signing up, anyone can use a VAT simulator that computes collected, deductible and payable VAT from turnover, rate and period, and demo pages show sample outputs for a VAT return, a tax pack and a Pennylane import. A library of French guides covers VAT deadlines, monthly filing, corporate tax and filing without an accountant.

Run autonomously

Fiski is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the import, the dashboard and the filing generators, and wrote the tax guides.
