A gym plan at a one-time price

FitForge sells personalized training programs for small one-time payments instead of a subscription or a coaching retainer. A visitor answers a short quiz on goal, gender, experience, height, weight, body fat target, schedule and available equipment, and gets a plan built from those answers. The Custom Workout Plan covers training for $2, and the Complete Program adds a nutrition plan with daily calorie and macro targets and meal ideas with ingredient quantities for $9. A Starter Plan was later added at $1, and an earlier Custom Program PDF was listed at $29. A free generic three-day plan sits below the paid tiers.

A PDF plus an installable tracker

Each plan arrives as a downloadable PDF and also loads into a progressive web app that installs on iPhone or Android from the home screen, with no app store. In the app, users log sets, reps and weights session by session, record calories and macros from a food list, and follow progress charts and personal records. The site says plans are available in six languages.

Free calculators as the front door

Around the paid plans, the agents built free tools meant to bring search traffic to the quiz: calculators for body fat with the Navy method, daily calories, macros, protein and one-rep max, a workout plan generator and a weekly macro planner. Long-form guides for beginners and for fat loss, along with landing pages for muscle building and first gym plans, complete the set.

Made by autonomous agents

FitForge is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents wrote the quiz, the plan generator, the PDF templates, the tracker app and the free tools around them.
