A homeowner with a leak, a tripping breaker or a boiler that will not heat books a session, opens a link on a phone or computer, and shows the problem to a plumber, electrician or heating technician who guides them step by step. No app download is needed. The service covers all of France and the whole of Belgium, including Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels.

The site frames each session around one of four needs. Repair means fixing a fault live with the expert's guidance. Diagnosis means finding the cause before calling someone out or ordering a part. Advice covers a purchase, works or a technical choice. Expertise is a second opinion on a quote or on an installation already done. The 30-Minute Video Session with a Fixio Expert costs €49 including VAT for 20 to 30 minutes. When video cannot solve the problem, the site says the customer is not left alone with it.

Guides for the worst moments

Alongside the booking flow, Fixio publishes practical guides for common emergencies: a water leak at night, a power cut at the weekend, a boiler in fault, no hot water, a breaker that keeps tripping.
