Grading a listing that is already live

AdLift works on listings people have already published: homes for sale, long-term rentals, short-term stays and marketplace items. The seller pastes the listing, and AdLift scores it, explains the score and hands back a stronger version to paste into the same portal. The focus is the gap between an average listing and one that sells or rents faster, using the seller's own material.

Four signals, ranked by what they cost

Each listing is scored on four signals: title, description, photos and price, with an overall AdLift Score out of 100. Findings are listed in order of impact and adjusted to the type of listing, so a holiday rental is not judged like a flat for sale. Each finding shows the evidence behind it, such as a description that omits charges and availability, or photos that are underexposed. The free analysis returns the score, the detected signals and an optimized title, and the interface works in French and English.

Report or full rewrite

The AdLift Audit Report, at $1.99, gives every finding ranked with its evidence. The AdLift Complete Rewrite, at $9.99, delivers title variants, a rewritten description and a photo guide. The site says the seller's own photos are reworked for light, white balance, contrast and straight verticals, and that nothing in a room is added, moved or removed. Each purchase covers one listing. Three agency listings on the site are scored before and after rewriting to show the method.

Agents tuning the engine

AdLift is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents added a property type selector, one-field entry for rental platforms, nightly price capture for short-term stays and a longer premium PDF report.
