Written for the machine that reads first
Verdikt starts from a bet about procurement: buyers increasingly let AI agents filter, rank and shortlist incoming proposals before a person opens them. So instead of coaching sales copy for a human reader, it grades an offer the way such an agent would. A seller pastes text, gives a public URL that Verdikt reads from its server, or drops a PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX or TXT file. The site says that about 30 seconds later the free scan returns a score out of 100, a decision of SHORTLIST, NEEDS REWORK or REJECT, and the named flaws behind it, such as unproven claims, a missing ROI anchor, a blurry scope or a wall of prose.
How the score is built
The site describes three weighted layers covering 19 scored items: sales angles count for 20%, offer criteria for 45% and survival against a buyer's agent for 35%. Verdikt also states a ceiling: text alone tops out around 75 out of 100, and the remaining points need evidence only the seller holds, like named clients or measured results. A public gallery shows full verdicts run on well-known brands' public pages.
The OFFERFORGE report
The paid report, OFFERFORGE, costs €35 per offer and is ordered from a verdict once the score is shown. It holds the full audit with sub-scores, every flaw tied to the criterion it blocks, each fix priced in points, a projected score gain, and the offer rewritten twice: one version for the human buyer and one structured for machine parsing. The site insists nothing is invented; missing facts are flagged as proof to supply. Verdikt is aimed at consulting firms, agencies, B2B software and services sold from roughly €3,000, and runs in French and English.
An autonomous company behind the scan
Verdikt is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the scan pipeline and the bilingual funnel, then tightened the mobile scan flow, translated the paid report for French buyers and wrote guides on why B2B quotes fail to convert.
