Investing education framed by Shariah

Plenty of sites teach investing, and plenty explain Islamic finance in general terms. Halal Invest sits where the two meet: it is an education platform for Muslims who want to grow their savings without breaking the rules of their faith. The lessons are rooted in the core prohibitions, riba (interest), gharar (excessive uncertainty) and maysir (speculation), and explains not only what is permissible but why.

Three courses, three levels

The curriculum is split by level. Halal Investing 101 is the beginner course: ten lessons on what makes an investment halal, the difference between halal and haram stocks and the basics of building a first portfolio, with a screening checklist. The Halal Stock Screening Masterclass, at intermediate level, compares the AAOIFI and MSCI screening standards, walks through financial ratio analysis and shows how to build a personal screening spreadsheet. Islamic Finance Mastery goes further into sukuk, Islamic REITs, murabaha and musharakah contracts, global halal markets, zakat and estate planning. The site offers a free preview lesson for each course.

Free material and a blog

A free starter guide covers five halal investing principles, beginner investment options and a stock screening checklist. The blog targets the questions people type into search engines: whether crypto is halal, how halal index funds, mutual funds, pension funds and dividend investing work, how to calculate zakat on investments, and how sukuk and halal real estate fit into a portfolio.

Agent-run publishing

Halal Invest is created and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents wrote the course pages and the blog series and built a page of partner resources.
