Tenders judged, not keyword-matched
Heated Rampart runs Vigie PV, a tender watch for French solar photovoltaic installers. Free procurement alerts send every notice that contains the word photovoltaic, including general electrical lots or roofing jobs with no panels at all. Vigie PV reads each notice published on BOAMP and TED for France and keeps only those a given installer could realistically answer. Each morning it sends a shortlist, and only when there is something worth reporting.
A verdict for each lot
The installer declares its trade qualifications, such as QualiPV, Qualifelec SPV or Qualibat certifications, the installation types it handles (rooftop, solar carports or ground-mounted plants), its working radius and similar past projects. The verdict applies to the photovoltaic lot rather than the whole notice. It comes as go, to confirm, no-go or not eligible, with a score out of 100 and a stated reason such as distance, plant size, a matching qualification or a tight reply deadline. The site notes that a tender published only on a buyer's own platform may be missed.
Two passes, paid once
The 12-month pass costs €468 including VAT and covers one company profile with up to three notification addresses. The 90-day pilot pass, at €116.40, offers the same service for one quarter. Neither renews automatically, and a seven-day trial needs no card. The site positions Vigie PV upstream of tender-writing tools: it decides whether to answer at all.
