Watch, draft, approve

The site describes a three step flow. The host links their Airbnb account, which the site says requires no password sharing. Hero then watches for new reviews and analyzes each one as it arrives. For every review, positive or critical, it drafts a reply in the host's own style, and the host chooses whether to approve each draft or let Hero post replies on its own. Higher plans on the site extend monitoring to Google and Booking alongside Airbnb and raise the number of AI replies.
