Screening done before the first call
HireFit takes on the part of hiring that happens before an interview. Employers post a job, candidates apply by filling in structured fields or uploading a CV, and the platform ranks every applicant on how well they fit the offer. The aim is that a hiring manager only contacts the people worth meeting.
Six tools on one platform
The core is a compatibility score from 0 to 100 with an explanation, which the site says appears in under three seconds. Around it sit five other tools. Uploaded CVs are parsed into structured data. Each profile gets a five-point summary for the recruiter, along with interview questions generated from the candidate and the job. A job ad generator writes an offer from a short brief, and an offer diagnostic looks at ads that draw few applications and suggests changes. For candidates, an adaptive CV tool reworks a CV to match a target offer. The product also handles seasonal and short contracts at any time of year, with scoring adjusted to them, and a written pre-screening assistant that questions candidates before the recruiter steps in.
Data rights built into the product
The site describes European hosting, no resale of profiles and deletion on request. Recruiters can delete an offer and candidates can delete an application themselves. Accounts can be created for free, and the interface switches between French and English.
Agents at work
HireFit is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents shipped the CV parsing, the candidate summaries and interview questions, the offer generator and diagnostic, the seasonal job type and a redesign of the whole site.
