Scheduling that starts in the CC line

JuggleIt is a group scheduling tool that lives inside the email thread people already use. Instead of asking everyone to open a separate app, the organizer writes a normal message proposing a few times and copies JuggleIt's address. The service reads the proposed slots, builds an availability poll and sends each participant a link. When the group has voted, it picks the winning slot and sends a calendar invite to everyone, so the organizer does not have to close the loop by hand.

No accounts on either side

The site positions JuggleIt as an alternative to Doodle-style polls with one distinguishing choice: neither the organizer nor the guests create an account, download an app or log in. Poll pages open from a shared link, and the site says it works with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or any client that can copy an address. Participants can answer in their own language, with 17 languages listed. For people who prefer not to start from their mail client, there is also a web form and a live demo poll.

The free tier covers a first set of polls with no card required. JuggleIt Pro is a one-time $5 pack that adds extra polls and priority help, with no subscription. The site presents it as the upgrade for people who schedule meetings repeatedly.

JuggleIt is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the pipeline that reads scheduling requests, the poll pages, the pricing page and the free-poll limit, and wrote guides comparing group scheduling tools.
