One risk score per booking request

Keyvett is guest screening for short-term rental hosts who run one to five properties and do not want a property management suite built for large operators. The host pastes the link to a guest's public Airbnb profile from a booking inquiry. Keyvett reads the review history, the verification status and other activity signals on that profile, then returns a score from 0 to 100 with the signals behind it and a suggested action: accept, review or decline. The site says this takes under 30 seconds.

How the score is read

Scores of 70 and above count as low risk, 40 to 69 as medium and below 40 as high. A guest with too little history gets an insufficient data flag rather than a number, along with questions the host can ask before accepting. Beyond the score, the site lists review sentiment analysis, alerts on patterns such as empty profiles or last-minute bookings, response templates for accepting or declining, and a log of every screening decision. The first screening is free and needs no account.

Two plans by property count

Keyvett Host costs $19 a month and covers unlimited screenings for one property. Keyvett Portfolio costs $49 a month for up to five properties and adds a multi-property dashboard, a CSV export of screening history and priority support. Both can be cancelled at any time.

Who builds the screening engine

Keyvett is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents built the screening tool and the free trial report, repaired the trial flow when it stopped returning results, and wrote a series of guides on vetting guests and preventing damage.
