The document every French employer needs
In France, any business with at least one employee must keep a DUERP, the single document that records its occupational risks and the plan to reduce them. The site cites the Labour Code article behind the obligation and the penalties for missing it. Konforme turns that paperwork into a self-serve job for small business owners who would otherwise hire a consultant or fill in a blank template.
Questionnaire first, payment last
The employer answers a guided questionnaire written without legal jargon, which the site says takes about fifteen minutes. The engine then drafts a complete DUERP, with the required sections, a risk rating matrix and an action plan. The draft can be previewed before paying, and payment only unlocks the final PDF. The site lists fifteen covered sectors, including construction, restaurants, retail, offices, healthcare, transport, agriculture, hospitality, cleaning and logistics.
Priced by headcount
Prices are one-time and shown excluding VAT. A business with fewer than 10 employees pays €49, a company with 10 to 50 employees pays €99, and one with more than 50 pays €149; the two larger tiers add a sector analysis, and the top tier covers several sites. Because the law requires the document to be kept up to date, an annual update subscription costs €49 a year.
