What Leadvance does

Leadvance runs the Happy Work management diagnostic, an assessment method created by Gael Chatelain-Berry. Managers answer 40 questions online to understand how they lead and how their team likely experiences them. The tool is a website, not an app, and it is built for people managers who want a clear picture of their strengths and blind spots.

How the diagnostic works

The 40 questions map to 8 management dimensions. Answers use a four level scale, from Never to Always, and 20% of the questions are reverse scored to discourage artificial optimisation. The results place each manager into one of four profiles, each based on the average of two dimensions. The free version returns a manager profile plus a one line summary, kept intentionally partial to invite deeper analysis.

The full report

For a one time fee, managers unlock the complete report. It includes a global score, a radar chart across the 8 dimensions, hidden risks, a mirror sentence, a comparison of perception versus reality, and a 30 day action plan. The full report is available as a downloadable PDF and comes with a shareable LinkedIn card. Payment is handled through Stripe. A separate company offering with access code packs and an aggregated HR dashboard is planned but not yet launched.
