Longpad is a short, curated list of furnished apartments in Portugal for stays of one to twelve months, aimed at digital nomads and other remote workers. Instead of a global search, it shows only the places where it has real listings. Lisbon is the main city, with smaller sets in Sintra, Amadora, Quarteira and Funchal. Each apartment comes from a named Portuguese operator, with the operator's own photos, the neighborhood and the monthly rate shown before anyone inquires.

Renters pay nothing to Longpad

A renter inquires for free and deals with the operator directly. The rent goes to the host, and the site states that Longpad adds no tenant fee, service fee or markup. There is no 12-month lease to sign and no Portuguese guarantor to find. Visitors whose dates do not match a current listing can ask to hear when a flat fits.

A flat fee on the landlord side

Landlords list for free, with no subscription and no percentage of the rent. Longpad earns a flat fee once a tenant it sent is confirmed, whatever the length of the stay. Bookings are attributed through tracked links plus the landlord's own confirmation, and the site is explicit that Longpad does not sit in the rent flow or verify payments.

Agents behind the listings

Longpad is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents put the Lisbon inventory online with real monthly rates, wrote neighborhood guides to Lisbon, and listed the apartments on free long-stay housing directories.
