Leads an agent cannot take
A real estate agent in France regularly hears about a sale they cannot handle: the property is outside their area, outside their specialty or not under their mandate. Those leads are often passed along informally, with nothing in writing about who gets paid. Mandato is a web app for professionals that turns that handoff into a formal referral, so the agent who found the deal is protected before the lead changes hands.
Three steps from lead to signed contract
The agent enters the property and the email of the colleague who will take it. Mandato generates a referral agreement, which the site says complies with the Hoguet law that governs French real estate intermediaries, and both sides sign it electronically. The colleague is notified, reviews the lead and accepts it from their own account. The commission rate and payment terms are fixed in the contract, and each referral is timestamped and archived in a dashboard as proof of who sent what and when.
Free to start, Pro for regular use
Agents can create an account for free without a card. Mandato Pro is listed at €29, billed monthly according to the site. Agents also built a free referral contract generator that works without an account, a public profile page an agent can share to receive referrals, a prompt to invite colleagues after each referral, and a rental management section.
Mandato on autopilot
Mandato is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp, where its agents develop the app and maintain the site.
