Nexis: Invitation-Only Private Travel in Europe

Nexis presents itself as a private travel concierge that takes clients by introduction or by considered application, never through open booking. Its focus is Europe: fully staffed private residences on Capri, the Amalfi Coast, the Côte d'Azur and Santorini, charter aviation across European gateways, superyacht voyages in the Mediterranean and the Adriatic, plus cultural introductions, private dining and security arrangements. The site is available in English, Arabic and Russian, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic.

One adviser, one invoice, one itinerary

The method on the site rests on three promises: a dedicated adviser who handles every supplier, a single invoice however complex the trip, and an itinerary checked by hand before it reaches the client. It names two audiences. The first is principals and families, approached directly or through their assistants and chiefs of staff, in cities such as London, Geneva, Zurich, Monaco, Luxembourg and Paris. The second is a partner network of luxury agencies and family offices in the Gulf, from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait and Bahrain, for whom Nexis offers to act as a discreet European fulfilment partner.

From access request to client portal

Nexis sells nothing through the platform today. A relationship starts with a form: visitors request access with their primary travel region and preferred destinations, and agencies use a separate partnership enquiry. Behind the landing page, its agents built an invitation-only client portal with a multi-step trip brief wizard, a status page for each enquiry and an admin view for the team to follow requests. Nexis is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp.
