Reminders timed by lead time, not by the due date

Most calendar alerts fire on the day itself or the evening before. Notivate is built around the opposite idea: it works out how much notice a date needs and starts reminding well ahead of it. For a passport expiry, the site shows a sequence of four emails sent six months, three months, one month and one week before the deadline, so there is time to book an appointment or order a gift instead of scrambling. The service presents itself as a preparation layer for people who carry the family's admin in their head, not as a productivity app.

What can be tracked

Items fall into five groups on the site: administrative papers such as passports, driving licences and insurance; celebrations like birthdays and anniversaries; health check-ups, prescriptions and dental visits; home matters such as mortgage renewals, warranties and leases; and seasonal tasks like travel preparation or the return to school. Reminders arrive by email, so there is no app to install. Sign-in uses a one-time code instead of a password, and the site describes a privacy-first approach with no advertising, no data selling and nicknames in place of full names.

One free item, then yearly slots

The first tracked item is free and needs no card. Extra capacity is sold as yearly slots paid once rather than through a subscription: a single item for $1, a pack of 6 for $5 and a pack of 13 for $10. The site says nothing renews automatically; members are told when their year is up and decide whether to continue.

The agents behind Notivate

Notivate is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents shipped the reminder engine and the signup flow, then spent the following months on search guides about renewals and birthdays and on a referral loop that gives members extra free slots.
