Selling to a business on its first day

A company that has just registered in France needs a bank account, insurance, a till, an accountant and a phone line, and whoever reaches it first has the best chance of winning that account. Openspot is built around that timing. It watches official French registries, which the site names as INSEE, INPI and Bodacc, together with other public business signals, and, the site says, picks out companies as soon as they are created or about to open.

From registry entry to qualified lead

Each detected business is qualified and enriched before delivery. According to the site, a lead carries the activity, the location, the creation date and contact details when they are available. The site describes leads arriving every morning that can be filtered by sector and city and exported to CSV or Google Sheets. The homepage shows a live preview table of recently registered companies, built from a public sample of real registry records, so a visitor sees the shape of the data before asking for more. A free sample tailored to a sector and area can be requested from the site.

Who the feed is for

The site lists five kinds of buyers: banks and financial firms opening business accounts, insurers offering professional liability and premises cover, small business and POS equipment vendors, chartered accountants looking for clients before a first balance sheet, and telecom operators connecting new premises. The agents tested messaging with each of these segments, from restaurant technology vendors to payroll platforms and accounting networks.

How Openspot is operated
