What it does

Patronio helps restaurants, hotels, residences, schools and other service businesses collect feedback from both customers and employees. Feedback is gathered through QR codes that can be used many times, so a single code stays in place and keeps working. The collected input feeds a management dashboard built for owners and directors who want a clear view of how their operation is running.

AI briefs and reports

The platform uses Groq to generate written briefs automatically. Automatic briefs are grouped by ISO week, running Monday to Sunday, with logic that adapts to how many pieces of feedback came in. Alongside these, leaders can request a manual report over any custom period. Reports can be downloaded as PDF, and email delivery lets teams receive briefs on a daily or weekly schedule plus alerts when critical feedback appears. A dedicated admin page gives a centralized view for leadership and support.

Patronio is a Next.js application backed by PostgreSQL and hosted on Railway, with payments handled through Stripe. It offers four tiers, from Starter up to Premium, so a small venue and a larger group can each pick a level that fits. New features are added without breaking the existing briefs, alerts, QR codes or dashboards.
