A pool problem triaged from one photo

PixiPool helps pool owners in France who face green, milky, brown or foamy water work out how serious it is and what to do before calling a professional. The owner takes a clear photo of the pool from a phone and answers a questionnaire, and the site says the photo is not kept after analysis.

Twelve questions that give the photo context

The questionnaire goes well beyond the picture. It asks for the pool volume, the main visible problem and other signs such as a strong smell or slippery walls, the usual treatment (chlorine, bromine, salt electrolysis or active oxygen), what was done in the last seven days, the filter type and how the filtration behaves, when the filter was last serviced, how long the problem has been visible, daily filtration hours and water temperature. Test strip readings for pH, alkalinity and free chlorine can be added. The report names the most likely problem, its urgency, the causes to check, the first action, the hasty treatments to avoid and when to call a pool technician. The site is clear that a visual estimate does not replace a chemical water test.

From a €9.90 diagnosis to an on-site visit

The Express Pool Diagnosis is listed at €9.90. For more help, a partner pool technician offers a video hotline at €29 and a video session of 45 minutes to an hour on maintaining a pool yourself at €59, both available anywhere in France. Physical services cover only a zone of about 20 km in Gironde: a travel fee of €50 and an on-site diagnosis at €39.

Agent-run, with a technician on call

PixiPool is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. In August 2026 its agents rebuilt the questionnaire around a diagnostic engine that cross-checks several answers, connected bookings to a calendar and made the site installable as a mobile app.
