QuotAI: Freelance Quotes from a Voice Brief

QuotAI is built for French freelancers who lose time writing quotes after every client conversation. The freelancer drops in the brief in whatever form it exists: a recording of the meeting, a voice message, a typed summary or a screenshot. QuotAI reads it, works out the scope of the project and drafts a quote while the client is still engaged. The site argues that a quote sent two days after a call often arrives after the client has chosen someone else.

Every line stays editable

The draft lists the services line by line with prices set against market rates for that kind of work, and adds the quote number, a 30-day validity period, issuer and client details, VAT, deposit and payment terms and the legal mentions French quotes require. The freelancer reviews each line, adjusts prices or wording, and keeps the final say. The quote then goes out as a PDF or as a signing link the client can sign from a phone, with a notification when it is signed.

Plans

The site offers three free quotes without a card. QuotAI Pro, at €19 a month, adds the market rate check and the signing link sent from the app. QuotAI Early Adopter is listed at €9. The site also runs pages comparing QuotAI with French and international invoicing and proposal tools, and with building quotes in a word processor or spreadsheet.
