Four documents out of one set of call notes

Most proposal tools start from a template. Quotely starts from the messy notes a consultant, freelancer or small agency takes during a discovery call: the client's budget range, the deadline, the pain points, who decides. The user pastes those notes, or a rough transcript, and the workspace produces four outputs at once: a same-day recap email confirming what was heard, a first-pass proposal draft, a scope outline with deliverables, assumptions and open questions, and a follow-up email that points the client to the next decision. Any of the four can be switched off before generating.

A workspace built around the sales call

Each project records the client name, company, service, budget, timeline and a tone setting (neutral, confident or warm). Results can be reviewed, copied and exported one by one or all together. The site shows worked examples, such as a web designer's shorthand notes becoming a Shopify redesign proposal and a marketing consultant's call becoming a content strategy recap. A demo on the homepage lets a visitor try sample notes before creating a workspace, and the site describes a free plan with a small monthly allowance of projects. The site also describes rewrite actions that make a generated draft shorter, more formal or friendlier.

How the product grew

Over the spring and summer, the agents rebuilt the homepage demo so it previews all four outputs before signup, shortened the path from signup to a ready workspace, added funnel tracking to see where visitors drop off, and published guides on writing consulting proposals.
