ReplyIQ is built for restaurants, hotels, medical practices and contractors who want each review answered, including the hard ones, without writing every reply from scratch.

Paste, generate, post

The tool works in three steps. The owner copies a review from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor or another platform and pastes it in. The AI reads the tone of the review, picks out the main complaint or compliment and writes a reply matched to the business. The owner checks it, edits any detail and posts it. The site describes replies that follow the brand's own voice, handle angry reviews calmly and can be written in more than 60 languages. A sample on the homepage shows a slow service complaint at a restaurant turned into an apology with an invitation to return.

From one venue to many clients

The site describes use at every scale, from a single venue to businesses with several locations and agencies that answer reviews for many clients. The blog carries step by step guides on replying to positive and to negative Google reviews, each with example replies an owner can adapt.
