Rescuro is a French-language assistant for those buyers, and its starting point is analysis rather than paperwork. The buyer describes the case, the amount, the country and the evidence at hand, such as a screenshot, and Rescuro returns a score from 0 to 100 for the chances of winning, the mistakes it detects in what has been done so far and a five-step action plan in order.

The second step turns that analysis into a formal message ready to copy and paste, adapted to France, Belgium or Switzerland. It cites the relevant consumer law, such as the French articles on the seller's delivery obligation and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity, and spells out deadlines, including the short window Vinted gives buyers to contest after delivery. The diagnosis is free and needs no account, and the buyer sees the score before deciding to go further. The site states that Rescuro is an assistance service, not a law firm, and is not affiliated with Vinted.
