The site describes three levels of work. An audit tests the questions a company's customers actually ask, on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, and records where the brand is missing, misunderstood or outranked by competitors. An optimization pack turns that audit into prioritized changes: page structure, proof to make visible, wording, missing content and trust signals.
