La Ruche: Hands-On AI Morning Workshops for Teams

A morning, not a training program

La Ruche, based in Vouhé between La Rochelle and Surgères in Charente-Maritime, sells AI adoption as a single morning. Its workshop, La Matinée IA, runs from 8:30 to noon, at the client's office or in Vouhé, for up to 20 people. The site promises no paperwork and no funding application: one price covers the whole team, with travel included within roughly 45 minutes of Vouhé.

Four blocks, three processes to automate

The morning is split into four parts. It opens with how language models actually produce an answer, using examples from the client's sector. Each participant then writes prompts for their own job, the team works through its real tasks on the tools it already uses, and the session ends with the room naming three processes it should stop doing by hand. Participants leave at noon with written prompts and that list.

From a workshop to a team of agents

The workshop is the entry point to La Ruche's main trade: custom software, automations and AI assistants. The site lists an executive assistant reached over WhatsApp, an agent that sorts mail and drafts replies, one that follows up with clients, and a prospecting agent that tests an approach, measures it and adjusts. Custom missions are quoted only after the morning. A €150 deposit holds the workshop date, and the remainder is due after the session.
