One drawing in, a whole sales launch out
The site describes the usual route to selling apartments off plan: a property developer briefs a branding agency, a CGI studio and a floor plan illustrator, then waits for all three. saprenvy replaces that chain with a single upload. The developer sends the architect's file they already have, in DWG, DXF or PDF, along with any photos and references, and gets back one connected pack. Because every deliverable is derived from that file, the site stresses that what a buyer sees matches what is actually being built.
What the pack holds
The pack combines an interactive maquette of the building and its apartments, dimensioned 2D sales plans in PDF and PNG, furnished 3D plans for each apartment type, interior and exterior perspectives, and a visual identity for the project with a name, logo, colours, fonts and a brand guide. Revisions run through a private project chat that keeps documents and version history, and the site says changes are unlimited. An example pack built from a 24-apartment residence in France can be opened on the site.
Previews first, then one payment
The process starts with four watermarked previews: a 2D plan, an identity board, a furnished 3D plan and an interior perspective, with no payment needed. Once the direction suits the developer, the full pack is produced. It lists at $500, with a launch offer at $250 for packs ordered before the end of 2026, and the site says the pack is ready the same afternoon.
