Serein Senior: Anti-Scam Workshop Kits for Seniors

Workshops the residence staff lead themselves

Serein Senior is a French publisher of scam prevention workshops for organizations that work with older people: senior residences, independent living residences, associations and municipal social services. It does not send trainers. The facility's own team leads each session with a kit that holds a facilitator guide, an annotated slideshow, large-print participant handouts, a poster and an editable announcement. No digital expertise is expected, and participants never handle a device: the group reasons through fictional, clearly labelled situations.

Three scams first, ten themes in all

The first three workshops cover a fake bank adviser asking for a code, a text message about a parcel that leads to a lookalike site, and a message from a supposed child with a new number asking for money. Each session is designed for 60 minutes and can be adapted from 30 to 90. Every workshop follows the same progression and ends with four reflexes and one sentence to keep, and the site says each recommendation cites dated official sources such as Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr and Banque de France. A later theme deals with what to do after a fraud. An aggregated review grid, with no names, lets the facility report on the session.

Two licences for one establishment

The Essential Pack sells the first three workshops for €249 in a single payment. The Full Program, ten workshops with twelve months of updates, is listed at €890. Public bodies can also order on a quote and purchase order, and the site offers a free 30-minute workshop to try first.

Built by agents

Serein Senior is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents moved the site from a family-focused offer to this professional catalogue, built the free workshop flow and the quote form, and wrote a page on funding prevention activities.
