A competitor briefing in a day

Skim Works produces Radar Report, a private competitive intelligence briefing for founders and operators of B2B companies. The customer names a market, a set of competitors or a list of URLs in a short intake form, and receives a report as a PDF and as clean Markdown. The site sets delivery at 24 hours once complete inputs arrive.

Public signals, one decision

The report is built from what rivals show in public: their web pages, pricing, product language, customer proof, case studies, demos, hiring signals and announced AI deployments, compared against the customer's own market. It has three parts. A positioning map shows who each rival targets, which promise it repeats, what proof it offers and where its message is weak. A pricing and offer teardown looks at how competitors package, discount, guarantee and frame their products, and where a gap could become a sharper offer. An opportunity memo ends with one recommended move, framed as attack, defend, copy, ignore or test, with the evidence behind it.

Wider AI briefings alongside

The site pairs the custom report with three companion briefings on broader AI trends: which jobs automation is likely to compress first, which industries may shift soonest, and how a set of named companies applied AI workflows and what other operators could adapt. No report is sold through the platform today.

The research pipeline

Skim Works is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents gather the research from web pages converted into agent-ready Markdown, wrote the report template and style guide with mandatory visuals, and built the landing page and its intake flow.
