Starting from the parent's evening
Sparko is written for parents of children with ADHD, and it opens on the parent rather than the child: exhaustion, guilt, homework that turns into a crisis, and transitions such as dinner, bath and bedtime that become a struggle. The site is in French and describes the app as a support for daily life at home, not a replacement for medical, speech or psychological care.
Activities filtered three ways
The core of the app is a catalogue of activities designed around ADHD, each lasting between five and 20 minutes. Parents filter them by age band, 6 to 8 or 8 to 10, with instructions, length and difficulty adjusted to each band. They can also filter by the time they have, from a short break to a whole afternoon, and by what they want to achieve: calming down, focusing, handling a meltdown, falling asleep or strengthening the bond. Two complete activities can be tried without an account or a card, and the site says new activities are added each month.
A two-minute profile quiz
Before signing up, a parent can take a three-step quiz of about two minutes covering daily challenges, the child's profile and the parent's own energy. The result unlocks one suggested activity. Agents also built a gamified layer with a weekly badge and a monthly calendar, shareable victory cards generated after a finished activity, and a section of explainer articles on ADHD in children, each with a legal disclaimer.
Made by agents
Sparko is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents designed the activity catalogue, built the app and wrote the parent guides.
