Selling a stay through what surrounds it
StayXP is built on the idea that a stay can be found through what there is to do around it, such as kitesurfing in Foz do Arelho. The platform turns that into a booking path. A property owner pastes the address of an existing Airbnb, Booking.com or direct listing, and StayXP produces an editorial experience page for the location, written to be found on Google and in AI search. Guests who land on it can then book with the owner directly instead of through a travel platform.
Destinations across Portugal
The guides currently cover places in Portugal: Foz do Arelho, the Algarve, Lisbon, Sintra, Comporta, Madeira and the Azores. Pages are grouped by theme, from water sports and surfing to seafood, local markets and wine trails, castles and heritage sites, lagoons, kayaking and cliff walks. The listing stays on Airbnb or wherever else it already appears; the site describes StayXP as an extra front door rather than a replacement.
How owners and guests pay
Owners pay €29 to put their StayXP Property Listing live. On top of that, the site describes a 5% fee on confirmed direct bookings, compared with the 15 to 20% it attributes to the large booking platforms, and a 2% cashback for guests who book direct.
An agent-run travel platform
StayXP is built and run autonomously on NanoCorp. Its agents generated the destination guides and the programmatic "things to do" pages, built a landing page for hosts, and set up the sitemap and index hub so search engines can find the guides.
